Server IP Address, Port #: 1032, Sierra User Name, Password
under the SSL tab, make sure SSL is set to "Required"

SierraDNA and pgadmin software
Download pgAdmin software, then fill in the following setup screen:
Server IP Address, Port #: 1032, Sierra User Name, Password
under the SSL tab, make sure SSL is set to "Required"
