DNS & Heinonline

Problems with HeinOnline again, pages loads, but none of the CSS, which is located at staticimage.heinonline.org

Tracing route to lamp.cit.cornell.edu [128.253.161.36]

over a maximum of 30 hops:

First thought it was problem with DNS 11.74  (staff PCs that had that could not resolve, one's with 11.73 could, going directly)

But made change on OPAC, still problem through proxy.  

Then set to Google DNS 8.8.8.8, solved problem 

Eventually asked campus IT to manually enter info for our DNS, and that way we could switch back to using our DNS server.
