How to set the default theme for Windows 7:

First need to create theme, save it, copy it:

C:\Users\mgr-davidson\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\CUA1.theme

Copy to:

C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\CUA1.theme

C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\

Open Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc)

In the left pane, click on to expand

User Configuration,
Administrative Templates,
Control Panel, and
Personalization

Group Editor

C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\CUA1.theme
Load Theme (must supply path)

To start Youtube video in the middle:

Students using TWEN found the following mp3 links did not work in Chrome browser

Easy solution, switch to Internet Explorer, which opens Windows Media Player.

Tried the following to fix Chrome, looks like a solution.
