Transferring sticky notes to new PC

Built into Windows OS are Sticky Notes.  Have a patron that wants to transfer their notes from old PC to new one.  Just need to copy the file below:

All notes are stored in one file:

%AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\StickyNotes.snt  

or possibly

%AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\StickyNotes.snt

This will overwrite notes on new machine.
